Nourishing children is essential for their growth and development, providing them with the energy and nutrients they need to thrive. A healthy diet lays the foundation for lifelong healthy habits. By providing them with food we empower our children to reach their full potential both physically and mentally.

Arrival of the new sewing machines in the community center. The center is used to teach women how to sew fabrics that can be worn. After successful completion of the training program, the machines are distributed to every qualifying person. The fabrics being made can be sold to the people in the  community creating a  business for the women.  

KCCA Farm Project in Uvira/Ruzizi plain Congo DR in action. The project involved many KCCA workers that utilized our machinery to cultivate the land to grow the crops. The farming project is going to bring the people of Uvira and especially the orphans a source of food and decrease malnutrition. 

The corn that is grown at the KCCA farm is being packaged and sorted to distribute. The corn once harvested and processed is distributed to the orphans as they enjoy a nice nourishing meal. 

ACTIVITIES

2023 Sewing Graduation Ceremony

The ceremony was to congratulate the people that graduated from the sewing course. Certificates were given out as proof of course completion. The women gave speeches telling what the program meant to them and the benefits that the sewing machines provide.
